Product Questions
How Big Are Your Pins and Stickers?
Our pins are 2 1/4 (2.5) inches big. Roughly, around the size of two quarters. Remember that Canadian quarters are the same size as American quarters!
What are your pins made out of?
We use stainless steel metal shells and 'safety pin' backings. Our images are printed at high resolution, and then we put a clear plastic sheet over it to make them waterproof and protect the image.
Are Your Charms Waterproof?
Yes they are! They are coated with a seal that will protect it from any liquids that may cause it to run!
All of your products are watermarked. Is this on the actual product?
Of course not. It's just for my art's safety and to protect my products.
Commissions and Image Use
May I commission you for some custom artwork on a pin?
Sure! Please take note that sometimes I am very busy and can not accept these orders, but please feel free to ask as you never know! You can contact me with a custom order on the Contact Us page. Pins will be drawn in the same style as my regular pins unless other arrangements are made.
I do not have a reference image of my character, but I can write you a description, is this ok?
No, if you do not have an image, I will not draw your character. I support writer's, and understand not everyone can draw but it is very difficult for me to draw something from a paragraph. If you have a reference image and would like to add a few pointers about your character, this is fine.
May I commission you to put my artwork on a pin?
Sure! It's cheaper for you and easier for us to make you something with pre-existing images. I do not resell anything that is not my own artwork or that is custom drawn.
What are the prices for a commission?
If you are looking for me to draw you something custom (that isn't an 'official' character) the starting price is $4. This will vary depending on how complex the character design is. I can include up to 2 characters in one pin, and each extra character is $2 but will as well vary depending on design.
If you would like me to use your own artwork, it is the same price as my regular pins, $2.00.

Can I get a custom charm commission?
Unfortunatelym not at this time. Pins take up most of my time right now, both for stock and commissions, and I would like to learn more about charm making before I take on custom orders.
I am going to a convention as a vendor and would like to make and sell pins. I do not have a button maker and was wondering if you could help me out?
Yes, however, unfortunately we can't take orders bigger than 50. I would love to help you, just make sure to contact us with at LEAST 2 months in advance before asking. We also ask that any images you would like put on pins to be at least 700 x 700 or higher size. Please do not try to crop your images into a circle or resize them, as we can do that for you! You MUST put down a deposit for materials. See our 'Payment' section for details.
May I use one of your images on my site?
No. You strictly may not. Unless it is designed by myself for you, you may not use my images anywhere. I spend hours on my designs and finding them edited, or placed somewhere where they shouldn't be, is very upsetting and highly frowned upon.
May I take a photo of myself with or just of your pins and put it up on my site?
Yes you may! Anything taken as a photo is YOUR property, but photos may only be taken in person at an event. As long as you credit myself for the pins, and don't claim anything other than the photo taken as your own, it is completely alright.
I have made a request for a character and I don't see it available?
Please take note that I appreciate and take into consideration ALL requests and suggestions. I am only one person, and I'm also a college student. This is a fun hobby but I'm a very busy person as well :)
Payment
What are your payment methods?
I take PayPal, or Online Bank Transfers. Cash only when at vendor booths!
I am purchasing a custom commission, when does payment need to be received?
As soon as possible after a price quote has been given to you and you tell us how you will be paying for it. We don't hold custom orders for very long (a week maximum) and if payment or resources from your end have not been met, we will have to drop your order. We apologize for this, but we have many other things to do for other people!
I'm ordering in bulk (20+ pins) that are custom ordered for personal stock. When does payment need to be received?
On any large amounts of pins (20+) we require a deposit of 50% of the price we are selling them to you for upfront. I know this seems extreme but we are looking for customers who are serious and are willing to understand that our supplies are not cheap, and we want to make them the best pins we can. The rest of the payment can be paid after the rest of the order has been completed.
